General Registration:

Mail and Online Registration is available now. 
Registration will be available in the order it is received. New students will receive an e-mail or phone call confirming their registration. Payments can be made in person at the studio.

Open registration will be held at the studio on Wednesday, August 14 and Thursday, August 15 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m where you can visit the studio, purchase dance wear and pay tuition.

Session I:    August 19th - November 9th (closed Labor Day, makeup class Nov. 25)
Session II:   November 11th - February 22nd ( Thanksgiving Break Nov. 26-30,Winter break Dec 23-Jan 4)
Session III:  February 24th - May 24th  (closed Memorial Day, Spring break Mar 31-April 5)
(Student age requirements must be met by the end of Oct. for the entire school year)

    DuPage Dance Academy, 109 E. First Street, Elmhurst, Illinois 60126. Payments can also be made at the studiio.
    As a participant of DuPage Dance Academy's dance programs, I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of injury and I waive and relinquish all claims that I or my children may have including the possibility of exposure to the corona virus. I fully release, discharge and indemnify and hold harmless, DuPage Dance Academy and its instructors from all claims from injury, medical expenses, legal fees, damage or loss arising from student's participation in dance instruction or performances. I also give consent to take photographs and video for studio promotional use.

  • Hair should be tied up or pinned.
  • Only chiffon skirts may be worn in class.
  • Jazz and Tap students should have beige or tan colored shoes. 
  • Some shoes and dancewear available through the DuPage Dance Academy.
  • Age requirements must be met by the end of Oct. for the entire school year.

Notes: 

  • Full tuition is due the first week of each new term.
  • No gum is allowed in class.
  • All students are required to be on time for class.
  • All absentees should be phoned or texted in.
  • NO DEDUCTIONS FOR ABSENT CLASSES. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
  • Absent classes should be made up within the session paid for. Makeups will only be allowed to carry over to the next session provided the student pays for the same number of classes in the new session as in the previous one.
  • Discipline is not only essential to learning but required by the Academy.
